Quality

Control prior to coating：

(1) Inspecting the surface of steel coil to confirm whether the test and analysis of surface defect and sheet status have been done prior to pre-treatment

(2) Inspecting the effect of washing surface and removing oil and grease

(3) Inspecting the thinkness of chemical passivation film of steel surface to confirm wheather it complys with the standard of the industry or state

(4) Inspecting steel coil surface to confirm whether the substrate complys with the requirements of temperature and humidity

(5) Inspecting the modle, spec and viscosity of paint and diluting agent prio to coating

(6) Inspection of environment temperature in coating room

Control of Manufacturing Process:

(1) Inspection of wet film thickness of top and back coatings

(2) Inspection of defect of wet film, such as lost and discontinuous coatings

(3) Inspecting whether the velocity ratio between all coating roller and production line complys with the technical requirement

(4) Inspection of drying temperature in different position of solidifying oven

Control After Coating:

(1) Inspection of status of coating surface, including defects, glossiness and color etc.

(2) Inspectiong whether the total thickness of dry film complys with the design requirement as per the standard of industry or state

(3) Inspection of adhesion between coating and substrate or between coatings

(4) Inspection of other properties as per the quality standard of coating
